How can I meditate and go to the state I can't visualise from childhood
I would meditate and focus more on the present. Live in the now so to speak.. This is something I personally do. If you’ve endured any traumatic experiences as a youth like I have, I would meditate on those experiences and release them through deep breathing and meditation. I do this as well from time to time. Other than that, live in the now and create the future you want through meditation. Hope this helps.
