Throughout the novel Kim Dokja is so dependable, he always has a plan or scheme to win even in the most impossible of situations ingraining the idea that he's invincible. I think it makes the ending part hit so much harder when we see him alone in the train suffering in silence. He chose this only because he couldn't see a way out and now the roles are reversed where his companions have to go to unimaginable lengths to pull him together.

The thing is Kim Dokja is kinda like us as Readers. Wanting to help the characters from our favorite book, even if we don’t get our happy ending, they at least get theirs. Only that they can’t accept the ending without the one who made it possible.

That’s the thing…We’re basically Kim Dokja We’ve all read a story once in our lives that we wish we could be apart of and influence the ending, one where the characters would live happily, even if we can’t be there with them. This story…HIS story, it’s no different. We see his ending, we know his plan…and we desperately want to help him

I haven't finished it but read spoilers and it only made me read it more before taking a break but after seeing more edits i wanna read it again and let me speak a universal fact this IS andalways will be A MASTERPIECE but words can never define how good it is..

Tis was the most heartbreaking moment in ORV....when they realised that it's wasn't kim-dokja but his clone.....they gone back to their hell just to find him instead only finding a shell with no person they were looking for😔

it literally just dawn on me that orv is basically a story of a girl trying so hard to prevent her friend from commiting suicide but told in the perspective of the suicidal kid😢😢
