Hi there! A young adult here. Just want to share something about myself. I am really devastated because I lost my voice. It's like more than a year now. My heart is so broken because I could no longer sing or speak the way I used to. God knows that for me, singing is life. it's like everything for me. I could never let a day pass by without doing so. I am not saying I have a really golden voice or i am a great singer or some sort of that. But my voice is my asset I could say. I had three xrays for nasal, mouth and throat and the doctor couldn't find anything wrong. I also am not a fan of sweets or any cold. I also do not scream or strain my voice. I couldn't figure out anything that might have caused it. I just really missed singing....soo mucchhh. I missed singing my favorite christian songs, including those by Britt. Now, I could even barely speak and could hardly be heard. This has never happened to me. Losing voice for so long. I'm not sure if I'll get it back and if so, when. I did experienced it once but it was just for a couple of days. That's when I hit depression. I lost my voice since last year when I lost my father to cancer and i might have been depressed i don't know. Could there be any connection? I also left my church because of personal reasons. Is this a curse or did God took it away because I sort of left my faith? Please helppp meeee.. I really missed singiiingggggg
Hey terdi... I think u still have hope cause within god there is forgiveness.. Back then when u lost your voice I guess that day itself you could have asked god for help but you refused to do that and instead you left the church and most importantly u loose your faith Ya at this kind of situation the important thing is that the decision we take or the path we choose... And all I could say is that the path you chose was not to trust god... You went far from god.. But I say to you do not worry as you can still come back to god.. He will hear you.. As Joel 2:13 So rend your heart, return to the lord your god, for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger,and of great kindness and he relents from doing harm.. Remember that God is still waiting for you to come back to him.. And trust him with all ur heart,mind and soul.. know that he is always by ur side... And he still loves you.

i didn't know this is a christian song until like three days ago and the same for all this time as hanging on and all this time are my two all time favorites from britt nicole! i've been listening to them since five years ago hehe tbh would ppl like actual christians get offended if non-christian ppl like me also listen to christian music? for me personally i just rly appreciate the melody and the upbeat vibes from her songs and i feel like that has nothing to do with my personal beliefs or religious preferences or anything and of course the lyrics r rly beautiful and inspiring as well
