NCase M2 Performance Test RTX4080 Super & Ryzen 7 7800X3D
Hey there, here are some Performence tests for my NCase M2 Build.
(GPU down and a lot of Fans) :D
I tested also with the GPU up and only one side intake Fan.
(result: + ~2° on GPU and CPU)
Fan Speed always on 40% power to have a quite System in the room.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 78003XD
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER Ventus 3X OC Aktiv
Mainboard: ASRock B650I Lightning WiFi
RAM: ViperVenom DDR5 6400 DIMM
SSD: 1TB Samsung 970 Evo
PSU: CORSAIR SF750 (2024)
CASE: NCase M2 Round (Black)
CPU COOLER: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 MINI
FANS: 2x Thermalright TL-C12C X3 CPU-Lüfter 120mm
2x Artic P12 Slim PWM PST

No, it runs pretty silent 😊
Crazy because im getting the same temps as you but in my T1 with a axp90 47 full copper and 4090 FE

@@raulpoinar I just rebuild my PC in my NCase M2 round. Im using the same cooler as you and my temps while playing black myth wukong is around 55-60c. I ran a cinebench R23 run and hit a max of 82c in a 10 minute run topping out at 88 watts on the CPU. Im not using the stock fan but im using the corsair RS120 Max. Getting these temps with the CPU fan locked to only 1200 RPM. Im also using a side exhaust T30 in 1200 RPM. Build is in inverted mode with the CPU cooler pulling fresh air from the back of the case.
So many fans😮 How loud is that case?
It's pretty quiet also while pushing it to the limits :)
it's about 2500$ build not 2000$
@@maks-yaremenko it depends which country and the actual market price and discounts :) I didn't spend more than 2100$

@@maks-yaremenko with taxes, in germany we pay always taxes for everything :( like I said , I had good discounts on the graphic card and the other pieces :)

Did you ever consider AIO in this configuration? or is there not enough room?
I have AIO build with liquid freezer ||| 280mm, have about 62*C average while gaming with 9950x (170w tdp)
@maks-yaremenko nice! Been on the fence on choosing a cooler. Gonna probably get 9900x3d or 9950x3d but afraid of the high TDP
@@Walhor Im waiting for 9950x3d too. In cinibenchR23 I'm getting 82C max, with a 78C average at 100% and 200W power after 30 min. I heard the TDP of 9950x3d should be the same as for 9950x. So I think you should be fine. Also, I don’t have any extra coolers, I ordered 2x140mm, but unable to fit, as I have 3,5 slots GPU. I was super impressed with the performance of LF AIO, but I had to set 50% PWM for the pump to make it dead silent (known issue)
@@maks-yaremenko Thank you so much for this info, it really makes me worry less. I have 5950X atm with a 360 AIO and that thing is all over the place in temps. Hopefully LF III will do better and be much more silent. Again, thanks for the info
@@Walhor Sure, always welcome. I didn't get are you having trouble with cooling 5950x using 360AIO?
very nice build, Ive seen most make the air cooler intake on the left instead and put a 92mm fan there too but yout temps seems very nice for 4k gaming

do you think in a non inverted so a classic layout m2 buid , a 3.6 slot thick gpu which can not fit additional 15mm bottom intake in this case would have enough airflow for the gpu when i add the 15mm ncase feets? or is it not enough fresh air? was wondering if i should buy this case.

does it come with a TG panel or does that have to be brought separately.
Separate. You order the window kit. Not that much more expensive, though. £28 I recall.
Does the top exhaust really help? seems like it'd steal airflow from the CPU cooler
Maybe it will help if I change my airflow but for now I'm happy with my temperature :)

Do you need one of the brackets to install a sfx (corsair sf1000) at all? Or can you manage without one? If so, which one would I need? Standard/vgpu setup if that changes things
@@zoskapai1314 I think you need it to install it on the side or somewhere else. Without it I couldn't mount it anyway. This bracket is only available on there side.

@@patrickbader901 Danke ☺️ ne ich musste für das Netzteil eine extra Halterung bestellen und eine zusätzliche Halterung für die Lüfter an der Seite bzw. oben. Alles nur auf der Homepage von denen verfügbar
@@raulpoinar moin, die zwei radiator teile habe ich auch bestellt, von dem netzteil bracket wusste ich nichts :( ist bei dem case keines dabei? Scheinen auch leider gerade ausverkauft zu sein... habe noch kein netzteil und wollte eventuell das sf1000 holen?
@ hi, ne leider muss man es dazu bestellen um es irgendwie festzuschrauben. Vielleicht gibt es auf andere Seiten ein bracket fürs Netzteil.
Such a nice ncase build. Is there any room for 2 tl-c12 fans if I use b650m?
Should be fine if you mount it only on the side. On the top you may get space trouble 😅

Waiting for my case to arrive as well, just in time for the 9800x3D upgrade. Will go with a vertical GPU and a top mounted AIO in mine.

I buy only the case + the fan and radiator bracket. When I open it up there was another fan and radiator bracket inside . 🤔

@@exi_none got the round m2 kit today, there is a sfx psu bracket included in the kit
why dont buy a MATX board?
Maybe in the future if I need the extra features :)
what are the temps like?
They are fine as far as the GPU is concerned. But as soon as the thin fans are there I will make a separate video and do some benchmarks

Install the component on the side bracket before mounting the case together and buy some thin fans :)
