As a Gen X're I've not been feeling myself since the COVID pandemic started. I've lost my creativity, I'm exhausted, depressed, panic attacks, high anxiety and questioning all my life's decisions up to this point. If you feel this way, you're not alone. Our generation is more likely to die from suicide or drug poisoning. Our generation is mid-career and have families, so the stress and the burden of losing a job or disappointing our families is a high risk factor for things like suicide and drug overdose.
