Well pilot did one thing right... Negative collective to increase propeller speed while going down and then positive collective to soften the landing. You can hear propeller accelerating and decelerating accordingly.

I can't figure why there isn't many space shuttle RC models around.
because the wing shape doesn't allow enough lift... the space shuttle is only meant to fall after the boosters are burned
If youre wondering why is has such a high angle of attack is because its built like a gliding brick.
A 17,000 mph brick yet the SR71 could only achieve 2200 mph before it heated up... Aaaaah the sounds of those jet engines on the shuttle 🤣

@@samjacobbait-it sure thing... Check out the Russian space shuttle that actually flew from airport to airport.. Ask yourself why would this sophisticated space ship need a chase plane... A Cessna can tell when it's landing gear is down, heck even the camera man filming could tell them lol .. Look at the video again and see when the shuttle gliding goes through the horizon. See the bubble around the shuttle glitching..
