I downloaded the Amplitude 5 free version. I noticed that most of the brands and effects pedals you show are not available. One issue I am having is the Custom Tones. Say for example I want to sample Zakk Wydle. Even though I'm signed into the Custom Tones and inside the Applitude, I get a 104 Access Error or a Pop up that says sample is unowned. Any suggestions for that? Because so far I've not been able to test any sample tones. And apparently it's been an issue on the forums.

Can someone explain me why the sound is so muddy? Isn't it supposed to be good and clean?

try a speed pick rhythm seems only good for slower stuff speed pick the E or A string in a rhythm and you will notice its not tight enough something is way off

i cant get a good tight sound for speed metal. Its only good for big chords deep doom style metal but cant speed pick with the feel of a real amp. Been playing metal since the 80s this does not sound like my marshall its muddy and noisey. Maybe the plug in would help but something flattening of emotions would be nearly impossible to make sound right with this. Chuck Shuldiner would not have approved so far neither do I back my valvestate 8100 the real deal

I opened Amplitube 5 on Logic Pro, and now the daw doesn’t appear. It’s only the plug-in window. How can I make the daw open normally?

great video, very informative, specially for someone new to this (like me XD). I'm currently using the trial version for now, I'm wondering, a lot of models(pedals?) are not available. Do I need to buy them individually even if I purchase amplitube 5?

Lovely simple intro tutorial for Amplitube 5, love it! After some playing about with the signal chain I notice there's point just after the amp that's like a deadend that you can place peddle in. This appears to be the equivilent of the FX loop on a real physical amp as far as I can make out. This part only appears if you drag and hover a peddle just to the right of the amp. Any great video thank you very much.

Just bought Amplitube Max. Is there way to "lock" an amp in place (Tonex) while going through presets? I use this all the time in Kemper's Rig Manager. Also, is there a way to search all preset names for a certain style... like Ambient... or Slap... or crunch etc etc? Not very fast to have to look through all the foldout menus. When I used Pod Farm 2, I DL'd loads of user presets and could work so fast just doing a simple search for the next layer flavor I was intending to track. Also does anyone have issues entering text in the fields sometimes? I'm on a new Mac Studio and can't figure out why this happens yet. In Tonex & Amp5. Thanks!
