さっき、SEGAのゲーム『Night ~into dreams~ 』のエンディング曲『dreams dreams』がYMOのこの曲の一部をパクったとコメント欄で知ったんですが、真偽はどうなんでしょうね？ 『dreams dreams』が好きなので、本当なら凄くショックです。😢

2015年、中学校のときにYMOに出会ってSOLID STATE SURVIVOR, TECHNODELICに衝撃を受けた。こんな音楽がこの時代にあったのかと。 でも、一番聴いているのはこの曲。なんとも言えない切なさがたまらない。歳を重ねるたびに、この曲の良さが増してる気がする。

Perspective is one of the most quietly devastating portraits of the breakup of a band and a deeply moving finale to YMO's career. The protagonist of the song, through the voice and words of Sakamoto, describes living in a state of total passionless apathy, living each day simply going through the motions in a ritualistic series of mundane events. Rather than feeling a sense of bitterness or anger at watching "people being torn apart from each other" he simply sighs and concedes "maybe that's their way of life."

3年前社会人になったばかり色々なストレスで寝れなかった明け方にイヤホンでこれを聴いて衝撃を受けた　大学時代にお母さんの影響でYMOを聞き始めて本当に人生を彩ってもらいました。ありがとう
