It's just life lifing haha... When things get crazy and busy, I need to remind myself to find something to look forward to and to create moments of joy or peace wherever I can :)

This trip was a beautiful season of learning and exploring growth in every aspect and outside of my comfort zone. There is so much to process and reflect on and this video is little bits of that :) This trip and all of the amazing souls I got to share it with have a special place in my heart.

Keeping my energy moving and productive. Having time to do special things like making lei, supporting my family, and being in nature is priceless. These are some beautiful days of my life.

Give yourself permission to rest. I think it all starts with your mindset and what you allow yourself to experience and think. Now's the time to do the things you always wish you had more time to do, simply be, and embrace whatever rest means for you.

Sharing your physical space also means sharing your emotional and mental space. It's important to establish respect and understanding with your partner so you can create a safe space for each other to exist and feel comfortable.
