There not invisible they might just be hitting the very very tip of the wings/body it’s meant to be a realistic war experience one of those realism things is what’s known as a hit box, a hit box is just telling the game when you shoot at something if it’s inside the areas/box it will do damage if not then it won’t do damage. With war thunder they try to keep there hit boxes as close the the vehicle as possible in order to simulate how hard it actually was to shoot down a plane.
Normally u see the tracers when they fire like non existent after shooting but i did but stealth cannon rounds on so maybe that tbh
