Sick bike ... their redund policy and delays is kinda sketchy IMO. Plus using peoples money to start their company as a kickstarter but without the same guarantees. Restocking fee for a bike that is not even in their inventory.... I'll wait until they actually have a prodoct to sell if that ever happens

Hello, your customer service promised me a refund months ago then canceled my order. They have stopped responding to me after saying the payment gateway you have changed. I have called and sent multiple emails to zero response after i provided an agreed to solution via venmo. Very unethical business practices with misleading promises, many months of delays, now refusing to respond to my emails and provide me the refund. I have offered many solutions how can you help make this right

After over a year of Ristretto having my $2,000 deposit i reached out and was offered a refund. Its now been 2 months and they have stopped responding to our email thread or given a solution to refunding me. Unethical business with false promises from the beginning

the more i look at this bike the more i want to break my budget,lol.

Took delivery today. Super simple from unboxing to being able to ride. Should take 2 people. I did it solo in less than 90 minutes. Initial thoughts: It is louder than expected but cool sounds none the less. I got 24 inch and power is astonishing in a useful way. Not a wheelie popper but that is just fine by me. Printed and online manual have a few inconsistancies but not hard to figure out. Astounding quality and eye catching appearance. Arctic is a bit darker than pix but actually even more stunning.

They said there in the CA warehouse now but I have not get a shipping details and that was 2 week ago a bit sad right now 😢

I’ve seen a couple here in Hermosa manhattan beach area and ordered mine 2 months ago the oreder form said there will be a wait and that the bikes are limited in production which I got the last army green bike with large tyres. They are fast and strong looking bike . Thanks Ristretto

Interesting video . Now if he delays are in part because they found some issues and decided to slow down the process until they get it right for the customer then in the long run will be worth the wait . To many companies will push there product out even though they know they still have to many issues . Bad way to do buisness . Quality control is just as important . They show in this video that they have a really good process for quality control . So if all this proves true in the end well worth the wait . I know what it is like to buy a product with a company taking a lot longer then the previously said , especially if the date constantly changes and the risk the company takes in losing buisness . So videos like this really helps . I will watch for these e-bikes to get into customers hands in the coming months and possibly i could afford one within the dext decade 😮 As the months have gone by the biggest issue with taking many months later to actually get these e-bikes out is the e-cells and wired freedom e-bikes . I have said in many reviews that to many companies charge to much for there battery packs in there e-bikes and spares to purchase . The cells themselves are very low cost . Google how much you pay for some of the Samsung cells when bought in bulk from china (which is where nearly all get there batteries from) that bring me to ristretto and how much they charge for 1 extra battery pack . Wired now has 60v 35ah total in there $2000 e-bike . The same cells that most all other e-bike companies use . It’s not to promote wired as another factor i use to buy an e-bike is total weight (wired comes in at 105lbs) to much for me . I also prefer the smaller size that comes with 20” tires . Both which ristretto have . It’s just to be careful as the e-bike industry is heating up with some great values for your hard earned $ . Right now timing and price is everything .
