True, they build the engine in the same factory though, from what I've seen in other videos.

I think the power plant as you cal it, is severely under powered… BMW could have done a lot more to these motors to make them truly formidable, without jeopardising quality or reliability… I did my own valve clearances the other day, and couldn’t believe there is no ramp on the cams… a single 52mm throttle body for 6 cylinders, etc…

well the replacement hasnt anything to do with the bike does it?

@@theonlyredspecial I don't know what to say after waiting for the basic part for 3.5 months, oil consumption of 1l per 4000km of light driving or 3000 heavier mode, so much money for a motorcycle and such problems at 22000km, if that's normal for you then you haven't tried to drive Japanese manufacturers .. .

@@Gixxer-1100 never had an issue with oil being drunk like you say. I’m almost 50 owned Honda and Yamaha all my life. You can see some of these bikes on my channel. Never assume anything with people you talk to. I’m sorry you seem to have had issues with your k1600 but I haven’t. Sorry my experience isn’t the same as yours. Also bmw parts over in Ireland I can get next day. Always. For 10 years now. Wish I could say the same for Honda.

@@theonlyredspecial unfortunately in my case the water pump was not in stock in the central parts warehouse, with the same pump bmw has a problem since the introduction of k48, not to mention that they had a recall of the same and changed the part number 4 times, I wrote in motorrad munchen and got the answer that they are sorry but to be patient for a few more weeks after 2.5 months of waiting it is unacceptable because the engine is used for seasonal driving that has failed, in short it is a scam for so much money.

Bram Smit camera totaal niet geschikt voor . Google maar eens op Nikon keymission 360. Is een waterdicht klein apparaatje . Prachtig stukje techniek. Maar er is totaal niet nagedacht over geluid. Eigenlijk ook niet zo vreemd, bij een fotocamera fabrikant. Zijn ook al gestopt met productie. Is bij grote publiek niet aangeslagen. Voor mij is die verder prima.

Would love to have the engine sound, but the camera mic is so powerful that it pics up a lot of wind noise. Even with powerfull software the sound in the movie is terrible. so for now this is the best solution. next time i'll put some clsssical music under the movie! :-)

Muziek is inderdaad een soort noodsprong, zeker niet mijn smaak. Beetje leuke auteursrecht vrije muziek nog niet gevonden.
