You can litterally just get a lawyer and 1 other person. Write your will. Have the lawyer and the other witness sign. Congrats you have made a legally binding will. You then have the lawyer hold a copy since normal lawyer shit. So explain to me why i need to pay extra money, when the service is litterally being a witness and a document holder. Im sure youd argue estate planning but im sure you know nooone wants you planning what to do with there money. Go cheap, its your will. Litterally just be clear what you want in writing and get the legal witnesses. Your a scam

They don't want their children taken from them is the problem. People assume we are going to kill our children or do something crazy. So we don't say anything.
I’m so sorry for your loss. Everything you’re saying is true, and it puts it into perspective for me. This makes me want to aim to be less judgmental of the decisions people I’m my life made when they were grieving.
Thank you. Everybody has their own path and it's not for me to say what is right or wrong for anyone else. Carrying that attitude also makes it easier to dismiss other's judgments of me when I make my decisions.
How do you avoid probate? A Trust?
Each state will have its own requirements, but generally probate is avoided with a trust-based estate plan when the process includes funding assets into that trust.

Put it all in a trust and name a line of succession!!! No probates, no taxes from capitol gains !!!
It doesn't even need to be everything in a trust. Most of my clients don't have every last thing in their trust and we still avoid probate and capital gains!
