We have once again made a road trip and made this full video with a rider POV covering the entire National Route 815 and highlights the Transcentral Highway or TCH from Cebu City to Balamban.
The National Route 815 is part of the Philippine Highway Network system that connects Cebu City and Balamban passing through the mountaineous Central Cebu Protected Landscape which aims to boost tourism and trade. Why only 2 lanes for a highway?
Here in Cebu, with the entire Route 815, Juan Luna Avenue and Pope John Paul II Avenue in Brgy. Mabolo and Salinas Drive in Brgy. Lahug has 4 lanes. In Brgy. Bayong in Balamban, the curves were still 3 lanes. As communities, building properties and ravine areas were beside the highway it is really a challenge for the entire route to have 4 lanes all the way.

@@ianbautista3672 technically, basta within Cebu City, Outback Servo is along Veterans Drive, na part pa rin ng Route 815. Yung Transcentral Highway, ang entire stretch ay sa Balamban na...

Martes ning adlawa. Mga 03-24pm ko nag start from Taloot, Argao. Then Naabot halos 04-30pm na sa Poblacion, Ronda. Wala lang ko nag pagabii kay di pa kaayu daghang streetlights along the highway.

What's interesting about this video is that it shows the car that my wife's ex-husband's brother uses for business. It's a red car that turns right after crossing the bridge around 13:30. My wife and I currently live in Japan, but We will move there in the summer of 2024. This video is very close to us.

That was an enjoyable ride. I got to see another side of Cebu Island outside of the Visayan metropolis itself. I couldn't believe it would take under an hour to travel between Arago and Ronda on this two-lane road.
Due to the winding curves in this route, travel time will take longer. As it seems, it is a newly-built road (completed around 5 yrs ago) and it is continuously being repaired and maintained by DPWH...

What an enjoyable ride through downtown Bacolod City in late evening.
Usa ra kao masulti gyud. Under utilized siya na project as of now. Kailangan ma gamit gyud ni kay sayang pud. Maytag managhan pa ang companya sa mepza or even sa SRP kay para magamit gyud.
The project ahead of its time to address the traffic congestion going back and forth between two islands. Gi planuhan pa sad ang public transport na paagion ngari para mas mapuslan pa ang maong infrastructure pohon...

12 minutes plus from Gabi Cordova to SM Seaside. Imagine if that’s the public bus traveling, it saves a lot of time. Hopefully, ang Lapu Lapu Expressway na pd sunod.
People in Lapu2x especially in Cordova will truly benefit the bus rapid and PUV transit in the CCLEX route will take place and serve its purpose…
