I didn't know one of the problems of this cars war overheating, and I drive one of this in Sicily, Now I'm concerned considering that there is normal water in my radiator

The engine sounds like in need of oil change. Still a very nice car,in italy there are a lot of these still running on the road
Apologies this is an oil filter and not a fuel filter.
