so true. I just found out at 57 I have it and seizures, born with both. Found this out after having covid 06/2020. The thing is I've had all of those symptoms you mention plus some all of my life, went back and forth to doctors and they thought I was crazy. No-one even thought to send me to an Neurologist until after I had covid and the after symptoms intensified....and this was only after I refused to go another day without them finding out what was going on with me. The Neurologist immediately did an EEG which indicated seizures and them MRI that found the Chiari. The Surgeon that I was sent to for surgery options couldn't believe I'd made it to 57 years old with all of this going on. I know it was God! Thanks for the information on Chiari.
