Better fix is to remove and reposition the wiper arm in the rest position. That "fix" will add stress to the wiper motor and you'll have to replace it again. If you got it fixed at a reputable garage they would fix it for free. I would have if a costumer came back not satisfied with my work.

The trash all over your dashboard is emitting an electrostatic charge, causing your wipers to disperse the magnitude of the two-point of charge, and a dielectric medium.

The wiper arm was put on wrong. where the arm attaches there are teeth on the shaft. Simply unscrew the arm and and advance the arm a few teeth so it doesnt go off the windshield in the down position.

Was this always a thing or did it start happening recently? If it started happening, it may be a power issue with the car's ignition not shutting down properly (I don't know much about cars, this was what I found when looking it up)

I got my Pikachu, when i was 4 years old. The Sad thing was, he never works. My farther and i was going to the shop for a return but the Man in the shop said this was the last one and i should looking for an another toy. But i refuse, because Pikachu was my friend and i will never give up om him. So i was looking for a Video to repair him. Today i saw yourè Video and you give me more motivation to repair him and Guess what? I did it. After my Pikachu works for the first time i was crying so hard.
