@@dogbog99 they have tested , but idk why they didn’t sorted out the heating issue! my 2 same model chargers were failed while running due to this issue in a year , feded up by this shitt issue , bought a new one, i air cooled it and there is no heat now. if u don’t want to increase the lifespan , you simply don’t need to do what i am doing, but the reality couldn’t be changed, overheating reduces the efficency of a system !

@@FrozenHaxor if u know, the pcbs of these chargers are already insulated with a thin layer of enamel so there would be no concerns about metallic dust shortening the terminals, i have discovered that cooling the 18650 cells is a useless feature offered by manufctrs by default, a lot of times the charger fails due to overheating , if they are meant to cool the batteries than they should cool themselves too! and if u are right ,than Inverter Manufacturing Companies are illeterate , as they put minimum 2 fans in their inverters to cool the charging mechanisms😇

@@technicalenviroment55411 Solder joints on them are not covered at all, they are made out of cheapest PCB material possible, and there is no conformal coating. Comparing an inverter to a simple charger is apples to oranges at best. The power levels involved is orders of magnitude different. Peak heating on those chargers occurs in first 30 minutes to 1.5 hours (depending on the capacity of the connected pack and it's condition [IR of the cells]), the rest of the time they stay relatively cool, therefore the long term degradation of modern capacitors is minimal at best, compared to the hundreds of hours they are rated to run between 80 and 105 *C.

i ordered it from ali xpress always go for a little bit expensive one for some better quality

@@mariusz1977 because this is the only way to revive or reuse a partially shut downed battery(dead bms) .. many people have tried to break the security lock by reburning the Micro controller and regarding stufff…. but it is almost impossible as it is company’s policy to keep their sale stable by feeding in the microcontroller with specified charge cycles above which the bms will never work again

I personally replace cells from used batteries that are not charging in the charger or the tool does not work on them and I do not buy replacements, I use the same Makita BMS again ,but the correct sequence of disassembly and assembly must be followed ,which can be seen in my videos

How can you reuse makita bms again? Once any of pair of cells falls below nominal voltage or voltage goes down then whole bms got shutdown and will never use again even if you intsalled it on new cells or any type of reused /new cells makuta bms got locked untill unless ita a replacement bms that would work on any types of cells..

@@Profishing20 bmsa must be installed in the correct sequence on new cells, then after inserting it into the tool the battery does not work at first but after inserting it into the charger it is activated

i have oranges for my personal use😂. the only thing i hate about AEG is their batteries are just rubbish, fails all the time for no reason

Sir for household use this might be the best option Because this is not the tool for everyday use and so far i have cut out 3 trees with this little guy till now with no problem
