What’s the best for MacBook Pro 13 inch 2015.. I just want to download apps. I make music, this is my first Mac book. I have program I’ve purchased on windows like (pro tools, fruit loops, canvas) ect. It was gifted to me brand new. Can anybody plz help ‼️‼️
@@CoolFlics use latest version of Monterey. It’s working little bit slower but much better than Big Sur.

У меня ретина 2013. Сижу на биг сюр. Таких тормозов, как в видео, не наблюдаю

Damn, I was thinking there was a problem with my MBP 2015 but it is just the OS slowing down everything. I still remember the time when the boot time was almost instant.

И как после обновления работает? Не стал тупить комп ещё больше? Сейчас как раз тоже думаю обновлять или нет! Интересует final cut не глючит, медленнее выводить проекты не стал? Разряжается быстрее чем на Каталине? У меня на последней "Галине" во время вывода вентилятор стал работать на максимальных оборотах, хотя на 15.4 был тихим и не выше 85 градусов, сейчас даже больше 100 фигачит на ядро процессора, думаю откатиться назад либо на Big Sur если все ок...?
Big Sur is completely optimized for M1 cpu's, Apple is not caring about Intel anymore, I recommend everyone to just upgrade your hardwares .
I agree. If you still using an intel you should upgrade no higher than catalina & leave big sur to the M chips

how about ssd nvme upgrade i got 1300mbps/1350mbps read and write 3x speed than original ssd, i got 10sec 1st booting and no issues with it (both catalina or big sur til now) hopefully.. huhu my mac : pro retina 2015 8gb i5 2.7ghz can it help to handle big sur for sure what do u think..

When you first update your mac to a new software version it can take sometime for the background file processing including spotlight to sort themselves out leading to a sluggish OS

@@wilburbotoy5380 Please, read description. Thats Macbook Pro 2015 and I can install any macOS or OS X from 2015 to present days.

hey dude, still is it? I'm on Mojave and I can't browsing on safari so laggy and when I close the screen like in standby mode battery drain so incredibly. just one night from 83 to 45. (new battery, cycle 31, no apps open in background and configuration something from battery settings.)
@@acercesalih Power Nap is probably on. Turn it off. There's a lot of things you can do to prevent your battery to ran low fast. Im still using Mojave and it's just fine, smooth and fast.

Hi! Yes, I already updated to 11.2. Not much better but some speed changes are present. Battery drain on the same bad level.

Hello. That's original M2 SSD, not replaced.
Was this test done via an updatet machine or a fresh install with Big sur?

Thanks for the video mate. really helping. Those 3 seconds delay - is enough reason for me to stay on Catalina. I've updated when just came out - and after just one day - downgraded back to catalina.

Yes. One more problem is a battery. On Big Sur my Mac battery drain an hour faster. So, this update not for old Mac’s :(
