Awesome Video!!! Great content. Calf machine, if you put the pads straight down on your thighs it'll feel much better, I noticed that the pads were angled making it painful or uncomfortable. I wish I was closer to get in a workout with you guys lol hopefully 1 day who knows. Lastly I'd like to see you guys push each other and spot one another so you guys and do more weight...

So i wanna go to the gym but i just need to understand. If im doing 5sets of 12 reps on a gym machine am i supposed to take breaks inbetween those sets cause i don’t wanna take over a machine if i’m taking like 1 min breaks.
Hey! What do you mean by "don't wanna take over a machine?"
if you wanna grow bigger, don't even think of doing 5 sets of 12 reps. stick to 3 sets until failure.

@@WILLMASIH-ds2oo 5 sets of 12 reps is junk volume. You will see growth in size as well as strength much faster if you do less with more intensity.

Try to prioritize cardio 1st thing in the morning in a fasted state yo reap it full benefits. For me cardio is a waste of energy I rather use in lifting heavier weights just a personal preference. I'm really liking your content and seeing you and you friends putting in the work. Keep it up, and Keep them coming....
