The EX_UPGRADE stats, how do you get them e.g. ATK S, DEF S, etz. I have all the stats in “A” and with reroll I only get stats with “A”. Is it bad luck when doing reroll?

I might be slow to the party here but I realized today when the screen freezes during burst (I have it set on simple) if you're using a sniper nikke you can aim at the interrupt part and let go while the game is frozen
