It's a well equipped car for the money, but at the end of the day, it's a tarted up Hyundai. To be fair, a Lexus is a tarted up Toyota, but Toyota doesn't have a reputation for engines like the Lambda or the Theta II. Yes, there are issues with the V35A-VTS in the Tundra, but it's due to machining debris left from the machining process over a specific time period, it's not a fundamentally flawed engine. People who buy or lease cars like a BMW 7 series, Audi A8, Mercedes-Benz S class or similar (not the baller on a budget who buys the 9 year old S Class with the failed air suspension from a buy here pay here, pot lot) are often buying the nameplate a much as anything else. Bentley even more so. Price and features are only part of the consideration, but Genesis may well poach some buyers from the European car customer pool. If dealers provide a level of service commensurate with spending $100k on a car, I'm sure buyers will be quite happy with the G90. The styling is not to my taste, but the Bentleys, in my opinion, are hideous, and BMWs styling looks like you had a guy in a silly hat and a Hawiian shirt on the beach do one of those touristy caricature portraits of a BMW.

People who considering a Bentley or other luxury cars are NOT looking at this car, they simply buying the more expensive to let people they have money, people who buy the the G80 are hoping others will think they have money, just my personal thoughts

I own a G90. Until Genesis improves their service network I will not recommend buying one. In 2 years of ownership my car has been in service at the dealership for 7 weeks.

Regardless how nice the aesthetics are it’s still a Hyundai It has low reliability, long-term issues. You are going to naturally disagree which is ok, People with real class would never buy this over a Bentley.

You do what you can with your talk, but that doesn't change the fact that there is a low class car. Maybe it's just that you have cheap taste? The car actually looks like a car from the USA or England, which have never been able to make cars. Come into reality.

Better than a Bentley? No. But it's a great car for the price.

But how's the service department? Love my G70 but going in for service makes you feel no different than a Hyundai owner.

In 2023 we purchased a beautiful GV70. After 1 year, Genesis insurance carrier purchased it back. Junk. I will never purchase another Genesis product.

Two things that X5 has that this doesn’t which ended up being a dealbreaker for me… your iPhone will unlock the car when you get close and you can start it without taking it out of your pocket and it drives itself without you needing to rest a finger on the steering wheel.

This is the 2024 model just rebranded as 2025. The 2024 models were barley out 6 months before the "2025" models replaced them lol... Makes no sense. I have a 2023 so I guess my car is now 2 years old 1 year later? 😂😂
