Sadly the only time baus gets an okay time against rumble is gragas. Every champ he plays feels so bad into rumble (poppy,kayn,cho,sion,jax) Garen might be okay because of regen but it still isnt great... Even if they lane swap, rumble is so strong mid game that baus gets cooked in sidelane so fast compared to how fast he dies versus against other champs. Rumble dmg midgame is crazy imo.

Not if enemy toplane also deals damage to you, you just force fights, how is that useful??? Only in context like pushing, proxy.

Damage is the most useless stat, because some farm damage on tanks, game winning plays usually are CC based, it literally says nothing.
