I would set it around 2700 psi for that grain.
What measures for replacing theoretical gaskets or rings does the Hatsan Flas Qe 5.5 rifle have?... -Nowhere do they give that information, it would be good to know.
I'm not real sure, but if you give Utah Airguns a call, I bet they can help you out. They have always been able to help me out.

Just ordered an X and Iam watching compressor reviews. Going to try PCP rifles. I'm to worn out to manually pump. Grew up hunting everything ,looking for more hobbies when I retire soon.

Do some modz on it like a power plenum and spring etc and see what it does

@@wessamons You can install a cheap home made power plenum on it made by a good tuner replace the hammer spring and shoot slugs on the .22 and if you want to go beyond you can also install a Fx superior heavy slug liner to it.. It will be a complete beast

They have really good expansion on headshots, they expand a lot less through the ribs and vitals. I have switched to slugs in almost all of my pcps. You just have to figure out which one is best for your rifle. Amazing results with the patriot javelin, and the fx hybrid for me.
@@wessamons Thank you for the answer last question I heard that hybrid slug in cal 25 are hard to expand is that true? And another thing javelin slug gen 2 are soft like gen 1 and they can fly slow aswell or they like high speed?
@kasakikasaki1880 I use the 21 gr javelin slugs out of my avenge x 22 and they are devastating lol. I use the fx hybrid slugs out of my avenge x 25 and I've had them mushroom and split going through animals, they have never let me down its always lights out whether it is a body shot or head shot.

I would definitely say so, I've never had a moderator that hushes so well. I would recommend the Yokozuna for any pcp. It absorbs so much of the air it's unreal. Absolutely the best moderator I've ever put on a pcp.

Getting ready to purchase the avenge x thinking 22 cal but watching the 25 cal which do you prefer. I do own a couple of springers in 22 cal thanks for the video.
Honestly I love them both, but I do lean a little bit more towards the 25 cal. I'm using the fx hybrid slugs going about 925 fps. It is devastating on small to midrange game. Super accurate. The main thing is getting your hammer spring and regulator set. It's just a little tinkering. I know you will love which ever one you get. Nice testing Mr Wes. I used to use those ZAN slugz years ago when they first came out. They were ok. Then I learned the best thing to do is make ur own. Hand swaged slugz are the best. I quit fooling with all that b cuz I don't have time anymore and prices are way too crazy. It used to be a lot of fun years ago lol I don't even sort my pellets anymore! Good job buddy. I have a tin of JSB KnockOut 25gr. slugs which I haven't tried yet.

H&N barracuda hunter extreme
Should try some 15 grains in er and some 16 gr pells. I bet the fps and fpe go up. Your hammer spring must be set low on it which is ok. All mine shoot over 1000 fps even the 25 cal. You can turn up the hammer spring w a U Tube tutorial on how to do it. These little rifles are very underrated in power and accuracy. They are over looked by the air gun community b cuz of all the new hype stuff. Hatsan will hang in there with the best budget rifels and some medium price stuff. I love mine. Wouldnt trade em for a new Avenger!

@Jeeper1378 had the occasional flyer with the javelin, but I took the gun back to tube version and regulator back down to around 2500 psi. I'm waiting for airgun depot to get my fore end and barrel band in.

Helped me with poi shifting i was having. I installed the terminador barrel rings. Only 3 but i cut the internal baffle section off where it slides over the barrel. Did that so i could slide the ring all the way up to the tip of the barrel. Helped tighten everything up. That part is supposed to help center the barrel and is actually loose. I had built it up with tape before lopping it off 😆
I am at minute 2, wouldn’t be a good idea when you start shooting at a target to say what yardage it is. 10 vs 50 yards kinda makes a difference. Maybe you say it later on but it’s better to say it when you start shooting.

I've only ran into problems with the javelin 21 grains, no issues with the h&ns

@Theairgunseeker it was were I didn't have the forearm on it I took it back to stock and haven't had an issue since, but my dad wants that one so I'm giving it to him and had to get another one. He loves them too. My Yokozuna moderator will be here Saturday, but I'll probably make a video without it before then.

Not too bad Wes. I gave you the recipe for success with these Avengers. It can be harmonics stuff. Any time you change an airgun for power shooting and with slugz, you have to lock everything down first. Harmonics grommets dampeners kit and maybe 2 barrel bands and Danas barrel tuner kits. Sometimes an airgun doesnt like a suppressor, crazy but true. Are you sorting and weighing your ammo? You gotta do that too. Just be cuz the ammo says 21 or 25 grains doesnt mean it is. You need digital scales and weigh each piece of projectile. Also these budget guns tend to barrel whip alot with heavy ammo and tuned up power stuff. Is why you lock down the barrel inside the shroud and put a couple or few bands on after that. Check all these things off first. If not its a problem inside the action itself. Not all air guns take to tuning up power stuff. I quit fooling with it a few years ago and never have anymore those headsches. All my rifelz are sub MOA laser beams with pellets! If you want high end sometimes its better to spend high end. I have some super high end rifelz if i want that. I have some with stug barrelz on them. Like BRK stuff and FX , Scout Epoch, AEA and so on. I just like pellets tho is all i need. That high power slug shooting stuff is for long range competition anyways. You can shoot 100 yards easy with a nice pellet shooter! Less noise for game and pests to pick up too.

Is it possible that without the forend to protect it, the bottle is putting enough pressure on the barrel to cause flyers? I have the same gun, but it is a totally stock Tactical tube gun. I have the regulator set at the third notch past the 2. (2600psI?) and the HS 4.25 turns. I’m getting 914-920fps with the 21 grain Javelins. If you don’t mind me asking, what are the settings on your gun to get the higher velocity?
2800 psi on the regulator, about 4 turns in on the hammer spring.

Weird that on the flyers... the speed was consistent but they still dropped so badly. First, I'd clean the barrel. Then, I'd hand sort some really good slugs with no defects, weigh them to pick equal weights, and try again. If you still have such bad flyers, I'd do it with more types to see if they have random flyers also. If it seems to happen just with the javelins then its just them. If it keeps happening across the board, I would trear it down and clean it really well, check seals, and see what happens.

I keep it around 900-925 fps. Seems to hold the best accuracy for me.

Nice shooting Mr Wes. You'll break in the barrel shooting those big slugs. It won't shoot too many pellets good after using slugs. I'd figure out to shoot pellets or slugs lol just saying
