@@cmw1336 I do some variation of this routine every day. I’m not much for styling products. If I’m having a more casual day or week then I actually just use water and conditioner. If I’m looking for a more voluminous style or to prep for an updo then I’ll skip adding water in the shower. When I get out I just mix conditioner and water in my palms and then scrunch into my hair. I typically only do a full wash once or twice a week, depending on if I’ve used styling products that week.

Lol, I do research my items pretty thoroughly and know what the retail vs. outlet pieces look like. I was surprised at some of the reseller prices but even Amazon had one listed for $89 😂

I didn’t contact them directly but I did post about it twice on their insider’s page. Nothing ever came of it🤷🏽‍♀️. I haven’t tried leather cleaner yet as I’m not sure how to treat these unfinished leathers. Honestly, I’m looking for a different green at this point. I love colors more along the Chartreuse line

Just seeing this comment! The bag overall has stayed pretty clean but the bottom has gotten dirty a few times. I primarily use it as my carryon and don’t hesitate to put it on the ground 😬 Shout and a cold wash on the delicate cycle have kept it looking great!

Same and same! I’m just over the ridiculously branded SLGs and wanted something toned down in my favorite color. HOWEVER, some of their recent bag designs have caught my eye and have a more finished and modern appearance so…I bought one 😅
