My best friend who has passed would work on engines with his 1/4 drive. Or 1/2 ðr. I prefer 3/8 drive. Only thing I would add is adjustable pliers. Mabe a small hone to go along with the leather piece. I would tailor to myself. Really nice kit.
@@r.tomrobison8307 hey appreciate it. That’s a great idea. You might like my video on my edc extension kit. I included a small adjustable wrench in it to supplement this kit. The hone is a great idea too. Appreciate you watching
I like your grab and go, great little tool kit, you need just a set of 1/4 inch bit and you go !! ❤❤🎉
@@bensami59 appreciate it. Thanks for watching
Good stuff 👍 I really need to make up a small kit like that. The one I have takes up to much space and is very heavy.
@@johnnyrocko2933 appreciate it. I like the “kit” concept. Especially if you know the sort of job you are going to be doing before hand. Thanks for watching.
Beautiful, smart, well established, well thought. Brilliant 🙏🏼🙌🏻 commented, liked, suscribed.

Nice setup. Very multifunctional. That's so funny...I was gonna suggest a 1/4" sliding T-handle...
@@MarzNet256 try to save the best for last I guess. Lol appreciate it and appreciate you watching
Y'all would be surprised how simmilar a mover's pocket kit is to this one. Inevitably, someone will ask me why I carry all of that stuff. To which my response is usually something like, "if I knew what I was going to need it for, I wouldn't need to carry all of it."
@@old_timey_prospector good to hear we have some similarities in ideas with this. I try to think of not only what I typically encounter each day but what I “might encounter”. Thanks for watching.
I'm enjoying your EDC, and tool pouch kit videos. I have a few Maxpedition including micro and mini, but I also put a kit together in a Vanquest pouch. Check out that brand as well. They also make some nice high quality pouches. Keep the tool kit and pouch videos coming. Where are you from? I'm trying to guess based on your accent, but I'm sure I'll figure it out as I get deeper into watching the channel. I can tell you're in the South. I'm up here in MA.
@@hiphopjewels appreciate it and appreciate you watching. I need to get into some of the vanquest pouches. I’ve almost order them on a couple of occasions. I’m from Southeast Kentucky, in a holler, in the Appalachian mountains. ⛰️
I'm going to steal that wire brush idea. I bought a few from Harbor Freight to cut down. I would put that Leatherman Squirt in the pocket pouch and move the Cobras to the secondary pouch.
@@hiphopjewels itgw wire brush is definitely a handy addition. Yeah that’s probably what I will end up doing. I’ve been back and forth on it for a while.

@@jack.charlesc4750 yeah definitely could use the upgrade. Took apple long enough too lol
Sweet kit!
@@LilasTools thanks
Greetings from Alabama! This video was unique. The tool selection is great and your reasons choosing them were well reasoned. The multiple capabilities that you developed with add one was brilliant. Keep up the good work!

I'm three seconds into the video and I already have a suggestion: turn your ceiling fan off before you film. The flickering shadow is very distracting from your content. Edit: finished the video, and you've got a nice kit there. Any bolt you can't loosen with that kit needs a blowtorch.
@@elisebrown5157 hey there actually isn’t a ceiling fan in the room or any other fan. It was some sort of weird effect from my Milwaukee Rover light I was using for lighting being too bright. I dimmed it and made a few more videos and the effect went away. 🤷🏼♂️very strange. Thanks. It’s been years in the process bringing that kit together through trial and error. Edit: when my wife first watched the video she said where did you record this? There’s no ceiling fan in that room 😂
@@farmer-0639LED lights have this kind of effect. Most of them are PWM controlled, combined with fast shutter of a camera gives of a flickering.
Fps of camera change to avoid led light flucker
@@ChrisLoew appreciate it. It’s strange that for some reason I just had that problem on this video and not the others. 🤷🏼♂️ technology 🤷🏼♂️
@@farmer-0639 With non-dimming, mains-powered, lighting it's simple - Set your camcorder shutter speed to below 1/60 in the US, below 1/50 in europe. With a dimming lighting esp LED it's a bit more complicated as was noted above because the PWM frequency can be all over the place, *most likely the same rule should apply* as well it's just that perhaps you could get by with higher shutter speeds. Note that you might not see this in the camcorder's monitor when you set up your recording, so whenever your lighting setup changes you might want to shoot a couple seconds test.

You might consider growing a tomato variety “Mexico midget” I’m pretty sure it’s the worlds smallest cherry tomato and they are very sweet. Like picking berries instead of tomatoes

great job!!
Very informative video, thanks!
Thanks for the comparison. I have a bunch of cheapie ratchets that have served me well for home use but want to get a snap on 3/8 because I like the made in USA aspect. Does the F100 series have any drawbacks that I should be aware of before picking it up? I heard backdrag was noticeable and that if you push down on the direction switch it starts to freewheel. I’m not sure if those issues have been worked out since all the videos about them I’ve seen are like 3-4 months old.
I’ve not had any issues with the freewheel. Also I’ve not noticed the back drag to be an issue for me either. I really like it but also like the 80 as well. I don’t think you could go wrong with either. I do in general prefer the hard handles that is currently only available in the 80s just because they clean up easy and I just like the way they look. However the comfort grip on the 100 is far more comfortable. Im just a home user as well but am trying to go to strictly quality and preferably USA made tools as well. Life is too short to work with junk lol.
@@farmer-0639 i also have both ratchets and i am probably the first one in germany. Compared to the x80 the x100 feels not fully developed. Everything just feels as it was released in some kind of beta version. The x80 is way more smooth and yes,...in optics nothing beats a fhd80. The f100 is ok, the retro style looks good. The fh100 is some way of "i am not suire if i want to be retro by the stamp or modern by the handle". Thanks for the video.
They look good, but not sure they are worth $200
Little pricey. Just depends on how much spraying you do a year. I do a ton. Weed killer, fungicide, insecticide, siding cleaner, etc so it saves me a ton of time that I can use for other jobs.
