I haven’t been back since I recorded this so I can’t even remember 🤣 I know for sure you brake for the first hairpin on the top section, and the hairpin at the bottom of the down ramp. Just be careful locking the brakes at the bottom of that ramp as it’s really easy to do. Other than that, maybe brake for the hairpin after the down ramp one, but the rest are just lift and turn. Enjoy the track though bud 🙏🏼

I’ve just watched it back, I’m tapping the brake for the left hander on the dog leg bit as well but it depends how grippy it is. I went when it was fairly low grip.

@@BTkarting honestly it’s just trusting that the tyres are actually going to grip on the rear, that’s the biggest thing now. You can go way faster in to some of the corners now and full throttle where normally the backend might have started to slide a bit. They are slightly more understeery than usual on entry to corners so that will take some getting used to. I have only done a few sessions on them myself so still learning 🙏🏼

@@owensealeyracing Use the pads that come with the go pro and put a swivel joint mount to get it to face up enough otherwise it just has a crotch shot without it. It’s basically the same thing rob goes racing uses amzn.eu/d/07pmbDiu It’s a hero 12, I just had the money to spend at the time 🤣

Hopefully a quick recovery man, I had a kart couple week ago on one of the 40 lappers and it would bounce like hell at century sim and the landing for the upramp and I came off all bruised on my ribs but luckily didn't hurt anything

@@LP_Karting I was t boned by someone who didn't care less, he was black flagged and given 15 secs when he should if been sent home, I'm on light duties at work and losing money. I didn't even get an apology and was blanked by them, was in too much pain to take it further. Basically smashed me out the way on the first corner on starting straight, I came out of my seat and landed on the top of the seat under my ribs.

@@S55AUL it’s cool mate I think my karts boots button responded to late when I pressed it, and didn’t mean to bump you out it’s just part of racing just one of those mistakes, and cost me a 5 secs penalty 🏁🏁

Cheers mate, and yeah just seems to be a real issue atm at Warrington. There’s a hand full of karts that are just terrible and I managed to land one of them to start the first part of the race. Just rental karting for you I suppose 🤣

It was kart 27. It was doing the same thing on the left hander on the section under the second level, but you can’t really see it in the video. The laps it didn’t do it, I was letting the rear slide to rotate the kart more but it wasn’t gaining me anything so kinda gave up trying to get it to stop 🤣 I can’t wait for the new fleet for BIKC 🙏🏼

@@S55AUL They're getting a new fleet?!? Didn't the current fleet cost knocking on 7 figures?! That's a lot of money for under 1 year of use 😂 Are they getting the same karts or sodis?

@@tomfox747 well some other track will get shafted with these current ones 🤣 Yeah, some staff have already said they’ll get a new fleet. It’ll be biz again because bizkart are a sponsor of BIKC as well.

@@S55AUL Ahh course yeah.. Maybe they'll dump the ones that are particularly knackered. But fair enough, i'll be looking forward to that then, I wonder if there will be any modifications to help durability for the second fleet..😂

There’s 3 tiers of the membership. Social, Club, and Elite. Social lets you do Monday Night Members 342. Club gives you access to the club members event on a Thursday, as well as the Monday night. Elite give you the same as social and club, but also access to the elite members events, and BIKC entry rights. But once you get the membership, you can then book on. Have a look on teamsports website, that’ll give you some more info on it too.

@@S55AUL the international newcastle layout on speed 4 looks mad, i tried mitcham on speed 4 the other day for the first time at it was crazy fun. I couldnt imagine what newcastle would be like

@@kaykarting yeah the international layout of Liverpool adds a few hairpins and whatnot but whether it’s way more engaging I’ll only find out on the 25th. That’s an elite event too so the karts are gonna feel way quicker. Speed 3 without the boost feels really slow too.

Was fairly warm on Thursday, it’s gonna be grim in summer 💀
