1 and 1/2 cup grated zucchini (put in a sieve or a cloth to press to remove the water)
1 natural yogurt 170 ml
160 ml oil
1 cup of sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
4 large whole eggs
1 and 1/2 cups 50% cocoa powder
1 cup of flour (240 ml)
1 teaspoon of bicarbonate
1/2 tablespoon yeast
1/2 cup milk or semi-sweet chocolate (chopped)
Addable chocolate chips to put on top
Preparation method
In the bowl, place the zucchini, eggs, oil, sugar, chocolate powder, flour, baking powder, baking soda and chopped chocolate bar, stir everything, bake in a pan lined with baking paper, preheated oven to 180 degrees.
