The diminished chord isn't dissonant here, just a small relaxing step home. I don't know why this feels so odd, chords sound like sus or major 13 (same thing)

Amazing! Like a real send off to so many Megadrive soundtracks! Bit of Streets of Rage 1 a little also! This OST is too good for the actual game. We should have had this in a Sonic 4 or something for the Megadrive. Or a Ristar 2 or something. The soundtrack is top notch.

Out of nowhere this song came to mind some 30 or so years later. Glad that I was able to remember what it was from.

Kick Ass Track

i had no idea this was on the 32x. i only remember the Game Gear and rideable arcade game versions. I remember that the Game Gear version was absurdly hard compared to the arcade game for some reason.

I still have my Sega cartridge of this amazing game. It's safe in a box cover on my bookshelf next to my X-Men figures and comics/books.
