Enemy PK Love doesn't have the same animation as Starstorm, it looks just like the player's PK Love, but the trapezoids that normally move inward to simulate movement toward the enemy now move outward to simulate movement toward the player.

To me the brainshock sfx was terrible comparing it to the earthbound one, it was so cool :(

People say the GBA sounchip is terrible but I think it has a very distinct charm to it, both in music and sound effects. I mean I love the music and sound effects in F-Zero: Maximum Velocity and such.

I know this is late but the spark enimies from thunder tower can use pk flash. It looks green.

2:30 IDK you, but this is the way I imagined the PK Beam attacks to be redone in MOTHER 1 remakes but… it doesn't. No in the Earthbound-based remake and in the Encore fangame neither, which buggers me. I mean, MOTHER 3 give you the concept, why you don't respect it? Another thing I don't like about the OG MOTHER remakes are the fact the thunder and Ice attacks it doesn't work as intended to in the Famicom game and instead it's made to work just like in the second and third games, but otherwise I like they neefed Fire Omega because that thing was absurdly broken. Anyway, just stupid things a hardcore MOTHER 1 fan as me can complain, but sadly no one understands.

In Earthbound, PSI moves have more of a techy, alien, psychic look to them. In Mother 3 it looks more like magic, more mystical, or like sorcery. Both of these fit within the themes of their games.
