Hand soldering the DF40C-100DS-0.4V connector for UpBerry. The device is based on Raspberry Pi CM4. It's in development and testing. More information on my Instagram 'uptime.lab' and Twitter 'Merocle' Soldered over 100 connectors this way for different prototypes.

All that and sadly still less processing power than a smartphone. I never understood why people made clusters with rpi instead of those mini pcs. The reason i like rpi is for the gpio , mini pcs dont have that.

You should be wearing A4 ANSI cut resist glove when doing stuff like this with a box cutter razor knife. Its only 20 bucks for a pair and can save you from having to bandage a really deep cut

It’s a cluster. Could be used for a small server or something
Cluster computing, where a task is split among multiple computers that act as a single system. Honestly not much use here with such low power devices, but could be used to test concepts that could be implemented into a larger system.
@@bencooler2003 In a price that you could buy a much more powerful micro pc with nvme, rpi clusters sucks.
Yeah it's a little pointless. Pi zeros with USB 2.0 throughput. A used SFF PC of the same price can probably crunch 30x the calculations than this potato.
@@0x1EGEN no, it’s the raspberry pi 2w. It’s performs better than the computers at my school with 4gb of ram. And that’s just one of them.
