Please, please, please take this down or edit out the area that is out of sight, out of mind. Please. The hike in spot and the beachies are one thing, but the boat area is off most people's radar. There is no reason to advertise it. All of the boat shots (including the ones at dock and in the bay) give away the location, but the ones showing the setup of the right are more than enough to attract unneeded attention. Everyone who regularly surfs there would very much appreciate removing the boat shots and any shots showing landmarks. I appreciate that you aren't more specific than "southern california" but it's not like it's hard to figure out where it is. I don't think I shared any sessions with you but there's no doubt we crossed paths coming or going out. My boat is stored at the same place as the boat you were on, and I surf there all the time, so I'll definitely see you around if it's your boat. Anyone is welcome to surf there but I guarantee that every single one of the guys who have been surfing there for 30+ years would say there are two unspoken rules: don't post photos or videos, and don't bring an instacrowd (no more than than 3 surfers per boat MAX) (not accusing you of instacrowd, just saying what the ettiquette has always been). I hope you had fun and enjoyed the unique experience that area provides. It's hard to find anything like it south of Pt. Conception in 2024 and any exposure of it is unwanted by anyone. Peace.

Thats wild man thanks for sharing. How often does something like that happen there. I have surfed there a couple times and la jolla a couple. Had a couple scary days believe it or not at la jolla.

When everything goes black you know it's real. I've had that happen a couple times when you get pushed down so deep, it's pitch black and your ears feel like they're going to pop, then you're scratching for the surface with everything you got only to take another one on the head and when you finally make it to the top, your legs are doing pretzels and the foam is to thick to find your board. God I love surfing.

DONT LET GO OF THE BOARD, it's a floatation device, if you death grip the board you will pop up twice as fast, get tumbled deal with the chaos but don't let go

Amazing video! It's so great that you share your love for the ocean. Surfing is such an amazing water activity and it's lovely to see you enjoy it, keep going with these great videos. If it doesn't bother you, I'd like to give you a suggestion, a tip for the next videos: Basically, you could try inserting some comic and funny stuff... to give everyone a pinch of humor that, in the world of surf, can never be missing. Now, I don't think much of it, but the first thing I could think of in your sport might be peeing in the water. Once, my uncle, who is a scuba diver, peed in his wetsuit during a long diving session and that moment was absolutely funny, he even wrote "I’m peeing" on a waterproof notebook during the session. He has always been telling me that there are 2 types of divers and swimmers: those who pee in the water and those who lie. I know it may sound strange as a request but, in my opinion, these are moments of happiness and carefree that always make everyone smile, that's why it'd be hilarious if you included lots of moments like this, if you and your surfing mates want of course. I hope you like the idea and I hope you have a wonderful day!

Not fun - but hey, you’ve got to pay the price of entry every now and again .. I’ve never surfed at that spot or in the US at all (assuming that’s where you were), but a two wave hold down from bailing is serious business. I’ve never experienced it from a bail situation and can’t say I know many who have… The break must be super heavy …
