You should do the bad and neutral endings too. Rin's "true" ending is the neutral, not the good (according to one of the devs). And Hanako's bad ending is something that just has to be experienced. It's one of the great memes of this game

Hanako's route is kinda unique. There's only one H-scene, which is awkward/rapey, and there's no romance to speak of. In the beta, before the rewrite, Hanako's route only had bad endings. There was a "Hanatrue" route but that was only available by playing Lily's route after getting a Hanako bad ending. IMO, the best ending for Hanako is still in the Lily route. She's a lot more self-assured/outgoing in Lily's good ending than she is in her own good ending
