INGREDIENTS 22-24 Simply Amazing Soft Dried Apricots 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chunks 1/2 tsp. coconut oil Spooky sprinkles/edible eyeballs Flaky sea salt, for topping INSTRUCTIONS Line a cutting board or cookie sheet with parchment paper. Line apricots up in rows so they are touching. Add chocolate and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl and heat for 60 seconds, stirring halfway through. Pour melted chocolate over apricots using the back of a spoon to smooth out the chocolate. Sprinkle with sprinkles and sea salt. Chill for 45 minutes to an hour, until set. Break or slice into pieces and enjoy. Store refrigerated in an air-tight container.

INGREDIENTS Waffle Fries (I picked the biggest and flattest ones) Chicken Nuggets Pickle Chips Hot Honey Toothpicks INSTRUCTIONS Bake waffle fries and nuggets until crispy according to package directions. Keep warm in the oven while you prepare a large serving plate or cutting board. Top each waffle fry with a nugget and pickle chip and dsecure with a toothpick. Drizzle with hot honey or dip in BBQ sauce.

RECIPE⬇️ INGREDIENTS 1 package TJ’s orzo 1 jar Cracked Olive Salad 1 chopped tomato 1 can artichokes, drained and patted dry, chopped 1/2 cup feta, more for topping Salt & Pepper, to taste Fresh parsley DIRECTIONS Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente, about 5-7 minutes. Drain, then add to a large bowl. Add to the bowl the contents of 1 jar Cracked Olive Salad, and toss to combine. Add tomato & artichokes (or any other veggies or meat you want!). Stir in feta and serve with more on top, plus parsley if desired.

I would never buy a syrup that is agave necter. I love agave nectar, but for my ice teas, or my fruit that is tart, or to put a spoonful of in my smoothie bowls. NOT ON MY PANCAKE AND WAFFLES. I WANT A PURE ORGANIC MAPLE SYRUP. trader Joe's has a syrup that is mostly agave, and little maple syrup for sale because it's cheap. To me that is disgusting for my PANCAKE or WAFFLES and French toast.

These waffles would make awesome breakfast sandwiches. Put eggs, cheese, ham or sausage in between 2 Waffles, would be good.

Love the new egg white bites. Delicious. Like the Birria but I wish there was more meat and less sauce. IMHO Oh, and I wish the Birria spot in the freezer wasn't always empty!!! People go after it as soon as it appears.

INGREDIENTS (measure with your ❤️) 1 package Trader Joe’s Mandarin Orange Chicken Butter Ginger paste (or minced ginger) Chopped Garlic Sesame seeds Sesame oil Scallions Rice, for serving INSTRUCTIONS Cook chicken in the oven or air-fryer until crispy (see package directions for cook time.) Once chicken is about done, make the sauce. Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Add ginger and garlic and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add sauce packet and stir until bubbly. Add cooked chicken to the pan and stir until well coated. Drizzle chicken with sesame oil and stir in sesame seeds. Serve over rice of your choice and top with extra sesame seeds and scallions.

RECIPE⬇️ INGREDIENTS 1 box coffee cake mix (like Trader Joe’s or @krusteaz) 2/3 cup milk 6 tbsp. butter + 3 1/2 tbsp. Unsalted butter (for topping) 1 1/2 cups blueberries 1/4 cup brown sugar INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a muffin tin generously with cooking spray- VERY IMPORTANT so they don’t stick. Follow box instructions to make the cake batter and crumb topping. (You will not use all of the crumb topping, so save the rest for another use.) Sprinkle a small amount of blueberries in the bottom of each muffin cup. Top with 1 tsp brown sugar. Evenly spoon cake batter over each cup, followed by about a tablespoon or so of prepared crumb topping. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Let cool slightly. Invert pan by flipping upside down onto a large cutting board. Use a spatula or large spoon to hit the cups several times each, and gently lift pan up to release the cakes from the pan.

INGREDIENTS 1 shot Double Espresso Milk of choice (I used oat) Almost empty jar of Speculoos Cookie Butter Spread Honey (or agave or maple syrup) Vanilla extract Ice INSTRUCTIONS Brew espresso into a mug. Pour in desired amount of milk and set aside. Open the empty jar, and add desired amount of honey and a small amount of vanilla extract. Add the Espresso/milk mixture and seal the jar. Shake well, and pour into a glass over ice.
