Chin Ups = Biceps Pull Ups = Back Can't go wrong with these two on a back day with some Yates Rows for the lower back.

With shit form i can do 4000, with okay form i got like 100
this mf gonna flip when he realizes that gym bros are strong enough to do push-ups. 50 push-ups isn’t super impressive. if you’re gonna try to bring someone down, at least do something interesting.

Buddy need to know which is harder and better Calisthenic is harder and better than gym if u learn calisthenic 3month to years you can actually do full planche which is a very hard form of push up
