Haven't been since this all started, took my holiday money somewhere else.
Well I have to go to Wales for a wedding looking forward to that but not the 20MPH, Why aren’t the Welsh complaining and demonstrating about this

Saving lives. The 20mph limit makes great sense where people live and that’s the only places it applies. Keep the limit as it is.

@@drivingforfun9850 Where in Aberystwyth do you think the 20mg limit should be scrapped? I had a friend killed due to speeding near Commins Coch and a friend of a friend killed in Llanfarian. A relative of my wife was killed in Greatdarkgate Street all due to excess speed. To my mind the lasting consequences of their deaths, which widen(!) over time matter far more than getting to my destination a few minutes later than would be the case otherwise. I don’t subscribe to the libertarian view that my freedom counts for far, far more than the safety of others.
I dont want to go to Wales again. This is hard work for a lot of those roads a distances. Strange 'governance 'they have,no Welsh steam coal coal making life difficult for such a major money maker attraction like their railways too!

My sprinter automatic has a limiter for20 mph and it get messed up trying to change up and down up and down then stick in low as default. Not going Back there again on holiday. I saw more policemen with radar guns than I have ever seen before, all hiding on corners.

I haven't seen or heard of the speed limit being enforced,so hasn't made much difference at all,living in rural Mid Wales. Many of the villages are still at the 30mph limit. Built up South Wales must be very frustrating. A statement broadcasted a couple of weeks ago said that motorists have reduced their speed by 4 mph. Not sure if tens of millions spent to achieve this is good value,in the long term.......

My best is 312 kph at autobahn ... surreal. But far away from this crap here. Speedin up a video of a car travelling about 140? A joke or a woke? The last time I went was mid December but they had a few cones and some signage out ready for it all. Scalextrix I see that 😂 I delivered to a nursing home in Llanfair PG

I dunno what 250mph feels like but I do know what 195-200mph feels like and it's NOTHING like this, all other vehicles are almost static compared to the person going fast, I've owned numerous sports bikes that did over 200mph and I can tell ya it's scary and exhilarating at the same time, I now only ride a bike capable of 150mph and no more, as you just don't need it in the real world unless you are just pricking about.

Haven't you noticed that in England local authorities have been slowly but surely introducing 20mph speed limits but no one is taking any notice as enforcement is non existent. Seems it's down to the driver to decide what's safe driving.
