The furniture that will be thrown out can be reused and recycled for sure. They go to the dumpsters but by doing this, the new version of this property can have a unique character to new spaces. Actually, other creative individuals flip furniture too! These are the best pieces for them to work on. 😉

The best way to start doing private money lending will be to search yourself into Facebook groups and networking events because people will put out their deals and those groups or networking events which will provide you an opportunity. yeah man, anyone who's wanting to have an apartment complex should be ready to dive in to the responsibilities of a landlord, it can be passive but keeping your property on check makes it more eligible for a more competitive pricing. we still have to work don't we? 😄
