Ma’am, can you tell me why the lawyers are so corrupt in the Indian judiciary? Why the judges who are so insensitive and dimwit get to be in such a position? In the video Mr. Atul mentioned that sometimes the court is adjourned for mourning the death of a lawyer in the area, or some other bullshit strikes. Do lawyers earn so little that they have to go to such lengths? Why does this already frustrating system making an absolute mockery of someone’s faith in it? I never had any respect for lawyers for this reason. You guys are no different from the police.

I have a question "If a childless widow acquired property from her deceased husband (Husband's self acquired property which he earned through sheer hardwork, not a single penny from his father or ancestors). Now after her husband's demise she doesn't have any child what if she makes a will of this property (got from her deceased husband) to her brother's children... Is it valid?? Can her brother or Nephews have right to this property?? What happens if she makes a will in favour of her brother not to her deceased Husband's legal heir... Can her deceased Husband's legal heir object to that will ? Because that property is not self earned by that widow.... Please help madam 🙏🙏🙏

Hello mam please help in my important matter. My father expired in service period in 2007. he was in Corporation bank now merged to union bank. We asked for compassionate appointment for my mother but that time rule of compassionate appointment was not there so my mother took ex-gratia amount. But in 2014 the rule of compassionate appointment is started again. Now my mother is 50+ and have health issues and I to have little sister who is still studying. So can I get compassionate appointment in my father's place now. Pleae reply sir

With due respect your "what to do referring to POSH act section 14" is of no use in real life, the person might have lost his Job by then, and the stigma attached to it wont let him get any other jobs, how will that person earn his living? do you think ten or fifty thousand rupees will act as deterrent for false complaint? but thank you for bringing up this video, and it would be better to discuss some cases regarding this, or you fight some cases, and discuss how you succeeded or failed in the case

All of this is AFTER proving the case filed was a false one but when courts presume that the accused is guilty just based on the word of mouth of the fake victim where does the proving part comes into picture. And even for a false rape case as false , the court only awarded a 10k rupees as the penalty. I don't think there's any hope for men after getting into this trap. Soon we will see that men don't care about justice anymore bcoz they themselves are not protected. I don't know if you understand and agree with me but "the modern women are able to roam roads not bc there are strict laws now but there's a fundamental moral responsibility in more than 99.99% of the modern men in the society now a days and they are ready to take law into their hands if possible to punish the rapist. It's not laws that's actually looking out for women it's men who are more honest , Just and who felt morally responsible to save the women". When the innocent and Just men are punished without their fault, they will lose their morality at point or another and will stop looking out for others. That's when the chaos explodes in the society. I just hope this day never comes. Only an idiot asks for a equality of right but not responsibility. Many young men are actually looking at the things which are happening in the society and if women doens't show the same resolve as men trying to stop these atrocities you can't blame them for losing their sense of justice and look for ways to just to lead a pleasurable life not necessarily doing the same atrocities but not caring about anything or not looking out for justice. You know it's true that though men are aggressive it's only very rare and more men ur life supports the freedom and justice for women. And ignoring this fact of women's responsibility only shows how hypocritical, foolish and selfish modern women are. In my opinion if the punishment for rape is death then the same should be applied for women using "rape" to destroy a man's life. Bcoz the word rape itself is so disgusting and any pleasure taken out of it attracts the same disgust whether it's a man or a woman. End of the story. Sorry for the rant. Have a nice day.
