Transition part it costed me 4k at the dealership they are the only ones that can program it
Somebody is driving their car a bit too hard. U can have fun but things do break
this happened to me one time on my 3.7 and turned out to be my throttle body sensor was just dirty
Went to auto zone n had the same diagnosis gonna try to clean it today
Honestly that’s what it feels like too when you accelerate it’s like is gasping for air until it does and then the car takes off
Are there any gappings? I heard you gotta find the right ones or else there’s gab between the bumper

I’m having the same problem right now in my 2019 3.0t luxe, my serpentine belt snapped and I got it replaced and now I’m having the same exact problem where it just smacks you into random gears or accelerates you 4k-6k rpm before finally shifting to the next gear but it will legit jerk the entire car each time it shifts

Bro!I dead ass had this happen today! I went to work this morning and it first started with saying my key wasn’t in range, then I would go to accelerate and no response even if floored, my blinker would blink fast when engaged, I could start the car without my foot on the pedal, left side blinkers were not working on the outside and I had a forward collision malfunction, after work I started my car and all the codes went away and everything started to work like normal, idk what it was bro I’m hoping it’s nothing serious
A wire is nicked somewhere. I had this happen when I put my rear diffuser on with a light and it flew off leaving the cable exposed. My cars blinker would blink stupid fast and it took so long to reach 60mph. Once I taped the wire off the car was perfectly fine

yes it’s pretty subtle, but not sure how it is with the HFC. i still have to stock cats
Yea, it's the tran valve body. It's a pretty common problem the 3.7 VQ has around 70 to 100 miles. When repairing get a brand new one dont cheep out and get a rebuilt / salvage or it may destroy your whole transmission. Good news, this is the only major issue these cars has after that you shouldn't have any problems ❤

@@lowQ37 seems like car is in limp mode... first I would get the battery tested(if good) unplug battery for 10 minutes and see if that helps.... I would suggest checking your throttle body and maf sensors (i had a rough idle issue that was solved cleaning both maf sensors) Could be sparkplugs, Ignition coils, valve body, but if it was sany of that there would be a code, have you read the false codes yet? When was the last time you did an oil change? and how often do you change it? Lastly take it to Infiniti and get it diagnosed if nothing works just pay the $170-$200 fee. Goodluck!
oh this is fixed, it was coil packs, and the spark plugs were changed at the same time
My chrysler 200 did the same thing. Most likely a spark issue. Id be sitting at a light and it would buck if i let off the brake a little and it would hesitate from a roll if i slammed on it. New spark plugs and coils should clean er up.
mine was the shaft speed sensor, the part isn't expensive its the labor

for me it was the coil packs
@nonchalant85 that's crazy how coil packs can make things go crazy. I had a dodge dart that was like that.

I’m having the same problem right now … my engine came on … I just took it too the shop and now they are telling me too take it too the dealership. I’m at 45k miles 2018 3.0t only had the car for 10k miles
i would take it to the dealer as well, under 50k miles, should have a warranty

I'm having the same issues along with codes p2564 p2590 p2566 p2588 also seems like im having sonar issues. My car drives okay then this happens. Limp mode. Turn car on and off and starts fine. But then kicks in again. I'm at the dealership now

wouldve checked throttle bodies, had that problem on 13’ g37 was just throttle plate was gunked up couldnt seat right at 0 had the car limp

the axel back exhaust, has held up great, has a few small burbles now, but i’m actually thinking about going Z1 full exhaust now. No complaints
