Is that the one that controls the temp for the drivers side? Since you say there is another one by the gas pedal. I replaced the one behind the radio last year since it was clicking, and now I’m only blowing hot air on drivers side even with AC on, just got the part so trying to make sure before I try this myself

I have the same problem. Driver-side air vents blow hot air only. Is this the actuator that needs to be replaced? Did you find out?

      It’s on the bottom

Thanks for the video. So what did you mean when you said the 2nd bolt is inaccessible? Did you just break it off?

Yes, that is correct. I broke the inside tab and the was able to remove the actuator and remove the bolt. When I reinstalled the new part I only used the two bolts that I could access.

How did you make a hole for the handheld plug? I just got the winch and that's the only thing I can't figure out is how to get a snug hole on that because as far as I see there's nothing to disconnect to feed through a hole so the hole has to be big enough to get the forked piece through. Which means at best it's going to have to be oblong almost out to the point of the mounting screw holes because if it's round I'm going to have big gaps at the top and bottom which I do not want. Unless there's something that disconnects that I missed somehow.
