Follow this simple pranayama. When you hear "Swami.." breath-in and when you hear ".. Narayan" brrath- out. Before starting pranayama say while meditation lord's figure in my heart "Ahm Yoga evum Pranayama karishyaami Sadaa Tvam Sanmukho Bhava" you can do this Pranayama in sitting position as well as in Savasana. if you have breathing issues do consult your physician before practicing.

For practicing Power Pranayama do this with every sound "Swami..." take breath in (Stomach should expand) and with every sound "Narayan..." breath out(stomach normal) in rhythm of MahaMantra. you can do this Pranayama in sitting position as well as in Savasana. if you have breathing issues do consult your physician before practicing.

Sound of Kernel file from OpenBSD 6.0 kern_pledge.c Total content generated was of 14 hours which after removing silence inbetween created 7 hours of Audio which finally reduced increasing speed of Audio using Audacity. video and sound created on OpenBSD 6.0 AMD64 using Python 3 Audacity ffmpeg Other two background sounds added to spice it up. By having the tier 2 and 3 systems, it helps keep the multi platform code honest and not biased toward modern arch’s quirks.
Couldn't struggle through the distorted sound for more than 4 minutes. sorry
had difficults too, but once I've switched to x1,5 speed, it smoothed sound 👌 héhéhé

@@jaypatelani can you show us how you customized this ? also whats this theme... i think is a window manager theme from xfce and mint icons ? What else ?
@@RHTORAS hi I used MacOS xfce theme and just modified panel settings to look like that. Currently I am using default xfce4 setup but it is very easy to make lookalike of video with single panel :)
@@jaypatelani yes i know the half part... the panel then i suspect is the xfce panel that you made it look unix 1000%...very nice...
Nice. Maybe export your panel layout through the Panel Profiles app and share it on github or google drive so others can try it. Added it to the 'Xfce on BSD' playlist and retweeted. :D
What to do if installed from a flash drive?
Hello .. if you installing from usb drive .img follow same steps as Installation but for post Installation steps you will need to mount usb if you used uefi then you will need to check with dmesg what is name of your drive then do : #mount /dev/dk1 /cdrom #sh /cdrom/amd64/binary/sets/pkgs/mate.sh
@@jaypatelani Hello, I mounted the USB drive but there is no pkgs/ folder under amd64/binary/sets (running 9.1 version)
