It's a postcode lottery. I live near excellent hospitals so I've always had excellent care.

@@sparagmos4748 You have been usually fortunate, however, what have you compared your treatment to? France for instance (ranked no. 1 in the world)? In UN rankings and other international systems the UK's NHS ranks very poorly. Around 27th in the world overall. In some areas much worse, child cancer care being the most obvious, even the USA out performs the UK. The NHS is the only health service in the world where the majority of its employees are non-clinicians. Few countries have the UK system of free at the point of delivery, Canada and North Korea do, both are poor in terms of outcome, the the NHS.

@@LeoSavantt I'm a cancer survivor, 12 years so far. Everything that needed to be done was done efficiently with one exception, that didn't cause me harm. I've had 2 babies in hospital. I've broken bones. Various other issues. I have very few complaints. As I said, it's a postcode lottery, so other areas will be bringing the standards down to what you describe. I am aware of the horror stories. None of them have happened where I have received treatment. I haven't compared my experience to other countries because that would be a waste of time.

@@sparagmos4748 I am not challenging your anecdote, but it proves nothing. You have obviously been a very unwell person, I am sorry for that. But your cancer treatment if carried out by the NHS is statistically much likely to be worse than in nearly every comparable country in the world. You had two babies in hospital, but in the Netherland where over 95% of babies are born at home they have much much better outcomes than in the NHS. You may not have had any horror stories, good, but you are aware of them. Does that not ring alarm bells? You or your children might be next. There is no doubt that the NHS delivers poor outcomes when compared to other industrialized countries. Having lived in France my anecdotal experience is that France is much better, but my anecdote is irrelevant, the numbers are not and they don't lie. If you or your child is sick you are far far more likely to get bad care in the UK and good care in France. Keep supporting the NHS, keep getting sub-standard care, it is as simple as that. Remember when everyone had to stop getting treatment to save the NHS? What a mad world, the NHS is supposed to save us, not the other way around. Seeing the Brits banging saucepans for the NHS like demented lemmings was one of the saddest outbreaks of mass psychosis I have ever seen.

That's the real point isn't it? I believe that Cuba does it differently so that the poor are not effed.

Thanks for the comment! Like you, I always wear a hat and sunscreen. However in all honesty, my skin looks better now than it did a decade ago in Dallas. I chalk it up to the humidity (which is so good for the skin), fresh air, and cleaner/fresher foods.

@@gregoriopuro I think the reason they don't put the price in the video is that if the price changes the video would either be misleading or need to be re-edited. It's customary for RUclips videos promoting items in a dynamic market to link to the price on a website that can be more easily kept up to date. In my experience that's been true of RVs, homes, and many other items that have negotiable or seasonal prices.

You are absolutely right! As the real estate broker, the price isn't always in my control. The seller often changes their minds, either by lowering or raising the price.
