It was well worth the wait, last time I saw him was more than 30 years ago in the acoustic trio with Al Di Meola and Larry Coryell. This time it felt like being in his living room with him answering questions and giving examples on his playing...😀

Thank you so much for that info👍😀! I have been waiting for someone to comment on that composition. He played it after someone in the audience asked what's his favorite composition in the "manouche" style. This was his choise, he also named one other composition but I can't remember what it was.

Hallo! The other tune he mentioned was ”Diminushing Blackness” or ”Tell Mozart” as the original title was. I don’t know if it’s true but anyhow, it’s a great tune👍

Or just Diminushing. I sat on a chair just beneath the stage and helped him with the Twin Reverb amp

@@facethemusic42 Hab ich nicht. Ich hab draufgeklickt, im Glauben, ein Konzert zu hören. Mit dem Smartphone kann man Amateurpornos bis Katzenvideos drehen, aber keine Konzerte. Dafür brauchts echte Mikrofone und echte Tontechniker. Das hier, ist eine Beleidigung - für meine Ohren und für Birelis Qualität
