I'm a Musical Director working in London. I'm happy working in a theatre pit and making music with friends. When I can, I like to make videos and arrange music.
A New York State of Mind
Another little jazzy one from last week. This was a bit different for me as it was totally written out jazz, but designed to accompany a singer. I hear a lot of musical lines in my head and worry that I don't get them through my fingers. This time I just sat back and enjoyed the sound. This one ended up a little longer than I originally planned as I added in a little self indulgent improv section. I hope you enjoy!

I'm doing this musical rn and I swear. Opening night is Wednesday next week and some of the younger kids STILL don't know any of their lines. We’re so screwed but I need to practice songs so here I am

@@chimpanzee21 horrible. I didn’t have any big roles lol. No names for me but my friend was smee and he did amazing lol
@@Ilikeanime_2 sorry to hear that, what went wrong? My play is in a few days
@@chimpanzee21 kids just didn’t know lines, narrators skipped lines. One time someone just didn’t come on stage until black stache broke character and yelled that someone was supposed to be on stage
@@chimpanzee21 our director has said he’s only doing one act shows next year bc of it
