Originally I thought I could only get him from the rewards track, but then it dropped randomly for me when I was just leveling up. After the item dropped, then just talk to Omen.

@@Baleganon It helps against movement impairing effects as well as taking the next melee attack. It's decent if you can predict a kidney shot

@@jpf7942 Oh good call. I used it after cheap shot and then didn't notice it was off cooldown. I should probably create a weakaura for that so I don't miss it next phase. Thanks for the tip!

Enhance shammies aren't OP in phase 3, definitely they were in phase 2. For phase 3 I would still put boomies and spriests a tier above the rest

@@SCAR3DY_C4T getting some sweet maelstrom procs makes them bursty, but how exactly are they OP? They lost the Way of Earth rune, removing the 30% increased health, 10% reduced damage, & 6% reduced chance to be crit by melee

So like nothing that actually effects their kit and its utility paired with absolute bonkers time to kill.

You get 100 rep from turning in 3 marks. I think you also get 100 from winning, or if you don't win, it's 10 rep for every 200 resources. Not sure it's worth it for the rep if the rewards aren't buffed, but I got 456 honor for turning in the marks and around 1,000 for winning so it will help ranking up at least
