If Nintendo had included the entirety of each game in addition to the speedrunning sections I wouldve been all over this. I really dont like the direction Nintendo has been going in with both pricing and the way they handle their legacy games. They probably think giving us the whole game will make people a little less likely to ever subscribe to NSO. I hate the fact that they only offer a subscription to get access to the Nes/snes/n64/gb advance. Why not have your sub service AND allow the people who want to own these games a way to purchase them individually? There is room for BOTH Nintendo! Very stingy company and since theyve been so dominant this gen they can get away with it.

You forget to mention the sound of the cat collecting the pages, which (along with that hospital bed noise) absolutely drowns out the music. This is one of the few games I've played that didn't include an option to set SFX volume, and sorely wish that there was one. I haven't played all the way through yet, and I'm heavily considering skipping the page collecting and just running to the end. Otherwise, the "game" turns into a Traveling Salesman Problem of finding the shortest path that goes through every single page. Fortunately, I realized early on that you only need to press ZL once to switch to "run" mode. Unfortunately, the game switches you back to walking as soon as a new area loads, forcing me to play for even longer. I spent much of my play time trying to figure out game mechanic exploits to get the cat to move faster, but didn't find any. Jumping didn't affect the cat's velocity at all, even when going up and down hills. I got slowed down once when I fell between the bleachers, but nothing to speed the game up aside from avoiding obstacles.

Commenting for the algorithm because more people need to see this video. I purchased it on sale yesterday on Switch and OMG IT IS ONE OF THE WORST GAMES I HAVE EVER PLAYED. I get that it is a personal story, and I love the idea of this game, but it just fell short of everything I expected it to be. It feels more like someone trying to get sympathy for the passing of a short-term middle or high school age relationship than a "powerful love story". The short audio loop that plays painfully through the entire game, with the awkward pauses. The super low voice of someone reading a letter, sometimes repeating the same parts. The identical sceneries that are kind of at times confusing to navigate. The pointless collection of the pieces of paper that did nothing. It's all weird? I'm super unclear what it even was? And all of a sudden this "voice from beyond" is professing her love for them and saying that even though she NEVER GOT TO TELL THEM HOW SHE FELT that she definitely does feel all these things? Big yikes. It feels gross to be putting words in the mouths of the deceased. And why is her letter to them longer than their letter throughout the entire game? To call this a powerful love story is absolutely insane. It doesn't even seem this couple was together for even a year (since we only hear of 2 seasons, both of which are at school). Death is sad, yes. And it's crushing to lose someone you're dating. But when someone has an illness and passes away slowly they do typically get a chance to tell you how they feel about you and thank you for being there for them (my sibling passed away from a terminal illness when I was young and they made a point to tell me how they felt for me when they knew the end was coming). So to say you were with them the entire time but she never, at one point, actually TOLD you that you were all she had in the world and her ONLY comfort, and you're just going to ASSUME this AND THEN write a note to YOURSELF as if it is her saying all of these things to you? This whole game just feels icky. Okay my rant is over. This game sucks lol

I love this game. I had glitches in the beginning making it unplayable i had to restart a few times but then it started working and was fine. I had most things fully leveled, project done but started a new file cause i had discovered in last play i could expand island so start that as soo as i could. The sale price is great i got it for 1.99, I love that it isnt as deep as Stardew. tts definitely a way more chill toned way down version of Stardew. I had my island fully done for a second time and accidentally deleted file and had to start over or just give up. I started over I really love this cozy game

The actual card game is amazing. This video game version is not. It is a very scaled down/dumb downed version. I play the actual card game every week and have for about 4 years. The video game version got old after a couple of plays.

Hey, I know this is unsolicited advice but I have some tips for your video style: 1.) If you don't already, I'd recommend writing a script for your videos so your delivery is a little snappier. It just sounds like you're struggling to remember your points at times. 2.) Another benefit of a script is that you can do multiple takes if your sentence delivery is a bit off or if you cough or sneeze during it. 3.) You could record your audio in small chunks then stitch it together when editing (another good reason for a script). While this requires a lot more effort than recording it all in one take, it lets you make your videos more streamlined and removes any awkward pauses that happen when you're thinking of what to say next. 4.) Practice your review before recording so you can say it in a conversational tone. I know I said a script is good but it runs the risk of sounding stilted and unnatural so you can still add in some personality. I'm not a RUclipsr so maybe this advice is unwarranted but I just wanted to share my personal opinion on how I think you could make your videos a little more polished. If you're just going for a relaxed and casual tone with no real formality or order then that's fine too.

My answer as a.buyer of the physical version. Pretty much no. Unless you just wanna mess around with multiplayer or build with their platform building system. Actually playing with real Legos goes farther in terms of building with their in game custom creation builder. Kinda lame.
