non ho capito questa cosa del preparare in anticipo. Il processo di gelificazione continua sino a rendere queste sfere dure?
Si quando il processo di gelatificazione inizia è irreversibile. Se preparate tanto in anticipo dall’esterno la gelificazione entrerà all’interno rendendolo completamente gelificato. Ovviamente più piccole sono le palline più rapidamente gelificheranno internamente. Una volta ho gelificato delle sfere da 3 cm di blu curaçao e di aperol e le ho messe dentro a un prosecco e sono rimaste liquide all’interno per diverso tempo e l’effetto ottico era bellissimo.☺️
