Me and my ex broke up months ago. It was mutual. But He kept reaching out causing me distress. I’m just trying to move forward and evolve. It is really hard when you have a deep connection and emotional attachments. My best advice is to reflect & release. I think in the future everything will come full circle and I’ll understand why it didn’t work out. Maybe it will be the same for you.

im right there with you man, ive been through a divorce. Its been almost a year and a half since its happened but i still miss her, and think about her till this day. I dont ever plan to be in another relationship unless its w her. It was a huge learning lesson for me because i never realized what kind of person i truly was at the time. i broke my own morals and ruined my relationship. I had everything but now its gone. i will always blame myself for this but i try to use this as fuel to be better. what really hurts the most is that we have a daughter, who i love the most and WILL give her the world. it makes so furious that i ruined my own family. I dont ever want to be replaced by someone else. Raising my daughter and taking care of her is for me to do not any other guy. thats why im doing everything in my power now to make sure im doing the right things in order to give my daughter the life she deserves. I hope her mom can see the change in me one day.

Please I need help, I’m so so broken hearted right now, my partner who is always accusing me of being suspicious, who tells me to cover up more, who has physically abused me but then acts so loving and sweet with me, I found out he’s been the one using live porn sites….. My boy I’m going thru the same stuff. We don’t know one another’s pain exactly but we can try to comprehend to the best of our ability to understand. Nothings hurts more then ur hurt. With that being said it takes time my boy I’m saying this in the same shoes as you. But I truly believe and trust Gods plan is bigger. Think about what u flawed in and better that part of you. I’ve been frustrated trying to figure out what was going on with her mind and why God allowed me to fall in love with someone who was going to reject me. Me trying to understand the situation just gave me a headache because I was never supposed to be able to figure out what Gods plan is for my life. I also need to give everything to God because he knows our heart and what we desire. He’s going to do something great for both of us. I also felt that when you said I WANT to marry her. I feel the same way.

Granted I’m about to be 20 in a month but I do see myself as a sensible person with intention and I did see a future with them. We have to trust this life, and let go of our attachments to certain desires and what we think could be the best thing for us. We must seek God, and some times God has different plans, or a different path to those plans; better than what we could’ve imagined. We shouldn’t feel shame in these uneasy parts of our journey, we are only human.

We broke up 5 days ago and he and his ex are now back talking. But what I remind myself in this time is that, its all for a greater purpose, I cant comprehend it right now, but it will get better. I understand, but it gets better. 6 months post breakup, some days you’ll reminisce but it gets better when you realize that they played a role in one chapter of your life to teach you a lesson, you walk away with clearer sight of your non negotiable’s & what you expect in your future relationship. Take your time, and don’t rush yourself. God will send you someone when you least expect it.

Jesus will leave the 99 to save the one. God could be using you to save someone else and bring them closer to God even if it’s just one person.
