The only thing bothering me is I don't think I've seen anyone hold a book like that. Usually the thumb is in the middle of the book to prevent the book from closing, and the rest 4 fingers are curled up. Maybe the index finger is slightly above the rest of the 3 fingers.
Shes holding that book like how someone with big hands holds their phone
