@6:30 one thing ive done in flyout for my super heavy aircraft is to make RATO's, well JATO's as there is no rockets, but to imitate a rocket i just use really small jet engines and set the afterburners to a super high temp in the text file. then i just bind their throttles to a toggle key thats not tied to the normal engines. i did have them also on hardpoints to eject them but recently when the engines would hit the ground, or go into space the game would crash my plane as it acted like the plane was still attached.

Now change the jet engines to Piston Engines which are located in the middle of the wing

Have you tried switching 2 of the jets with RAM jets? If you have 2 afterburnering turbofans and 2 ramjets your could easily get to Mach 5. I made something similar to this with 2 externally mounted after burning turbofans and 1 ramjet in the fuselage and I got a top speed of Mach 5.5. I will post a pic of it in the discord server when I get home, but I think that ramjets would really improve this aircraft. Great Video as always!
